The way the Accountomatic system operates, there is seamless transfer of data form your central database (bespoke to you) to produce all returns and reports required.

Once the basic data has been processed, the whole of those financial reports, accounts and returns are produced virtually automatically, with a couple of clicks of the mouse. All are extracted from your information database, using our robust, fully tested software - so errors just do not occur. In fact, errors cannot occur., so you can have full confidence in the absolute integrity of those outputs.

Of course, that is the case only provided the information entered into the database is completer and accurate in itself. To ensure that, our staff are fully trained, constantly mentored, the input is strictly controlled and frequent, higher level reviews are carried out. Analytical strategies are applied to ensure that the reports and returns make complete sense!

So, knowing knowing all of that, how much do you think it will cost you?

Well, it may surprise you - because the probability is, in fact it's something of a certainty, that the cost would be only a fraction of your current bookkeeping and accountancy costs. Obviously, the number and complexity of your transactions but, once agreed, the fee is fixed. You pay by monthly standing order - and that's it!
